All weapons on this site are Airsoft and UKARA licence is required for purchase of all Realistic Imitation Firearms ( Brightly coloured, two tone are excluded ) and a minimum age of 18.
We reserve the right to sell our display models at the same price as listed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to open and remove any packaging from any product in order to ensure they function correctly.
We endeavour to give correct information although dimensions, weights, stock levels etc are subject to variation mainly due to administration time.
Items are shipped usually coinciding with our opening hours although we do try to ship & answer emails at other times.
Delivery is usually within 2 working days of despatch.
If buying outside of the UK, you as the buyer accept full responsibility and liability over the laws regarding importing items into your country.
By ordering goods you are confirming you are aged 18 or over & there is no legal reason for you not to purchase the item, we may contact you to verify this.
All pyrotechnics are to be bought by registered UKARA members only or for re-enactment.
Any returned items will be tested and if no fault is found then the cost of return will be borne by you, we will hold the item until such time as payment for return is made for a maximum of 2 weeks the item will be disposed of accordingly.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any activities that occur under your account.
We are not liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
We do not offer a warranty on any of our products, warranty is at our discretion as most of our products are used in extreme conditions or have the ability of easily being used beyond manufacturer capabilities therefore we operate a ‘sold as seen’ policy on all products.
It is company policy to “book” said item in for inspection at which point the item will be assed for viability of a repair before any decision is given.
It is your responsibility to ensure by purchasing any items you are not breaking any UK laws.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason.
If an error in pricing is made on our behalf we reserve the right to refuse sale.
Some images have prices, these are generally not correct as prices fluctuate with exchange rate changes.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
Some images are not the exact item and are a representation.
Any order made incorrectly and paid by PayPal will be refunded minus PayPal charges, minus administration fee at our discretion but a minimum of £25, ie. no UKARA if required, we pass the transaction costs & handling charge to you. ( usually around £7.50 total )
Please note that any order received after 12pm will not be sent out until the following day.
Next day delivery does not include Saturdays unless by telephone prior arrangement.
We are closed on Monday’s although we do try to send out items on those days we cannot guarantee it.
If your purchase requires UKARA registration then we can only ship to the “UKARA” registered address, if you provide a second delivery address then it won’t be used.
You may experience a short delay in processing two-tones as they need to be stripped down before painting and then re-assembled.
Any guns that have been painted / 2 tone will not be taken back regardless or have any warranty.
Any item bought in the clearance / special section from the website is not covered by any form of warranty.
All “two-tone” work ( painting ) is carried out on a Tuesday and will then be ready for in store collection or dispatch later that week. Batteries and chargers that come with guns are classed as a free gift and are not covered by warranty. The pyrotechnics we sell are to be used only on private land with permission from the owner and Airsoft / Paintball Sites.
All online discount voucher codes are only allowed to be used once, per account.
All online discount voucher codes are able to be distributed to other people at no charge, via websites / forums.
All online discount vouchers are not able to be re-sold or refunded and are the property of the holder. All two tone guns sold are to be used at registered airsoft sites or private ground, no warranty is given or repair service available if we believe the item is used at other locations etc. We reserve the right set expiry dates for online voucher codes, at which point yours may become inactive and you unable to use to redeem any form of discount. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to permission to call you a muppet, moron or other fitting names, most of you don’t read these terms and conditions and then email us with questions already answered in this text therefore causing us to slap our foreheads in despair and call names ! The first person to read this and point it out will receive a free bag of BB’s. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.
Insurance is recommended, we are not responsible for uninsured product(s) lost or damage during shipment.
Buyer should inspect the product(s) upon receive of the package, if you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us within 2 days. If you find the product(s) is defective, we would offer exchange of the same product(s), buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective product(s) must be returned within 7 days from the day of report for exchange.
Carriage charges are not refundable, no exceptions.

Your Statutory rights are not affected.

Any special price items, stock clearance items or salvage have no warranty or no returns.

SHIPPING:

1.16 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.

1.17 Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

1.19 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

1.24 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

(a) medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.

(b) a contract for passenger transport services – such as bus, rail or flight tickets.

(c) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.

(d) the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised.

(e) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly – such as a delivery of fresh flowers or meat.

(f) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

1.25 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.

(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
